Important: For hygiene reasons butt plugs and love eggs cannot be returned other than for reasons of a manufacturing fault or damage during delivery.
Missing deliveries: If an insured order should go missing during delivery to you, we will immediately organise an insurance claim and make a replacement or refund. If your order was uninsured, please contact us so we can resolve the issue with you.

general returns
You may return any of our products for any reason within fourteen (14) days of receiving your purchase from us, with the exception of butt plugs or love eggs, which cannot generally be returned for reasons of hygiene.
You are responsible for paying the costs of returning the items to us, including any insurance. You are also responsible should the items you are returning be lost in transit back to Possess Me - as such, we encourage you to take out insurance on any items you return to us.
Note that the cost of initially delivering the items to you is non-refundable for a general return.
The items you return must be returned to us in the same condition that they were received by you. Any marked or damaged items will be returned to you and your payment will not be refunded, so please take care.
time limit
Items postmarked after the initial fourteen day period from when you have received your order may be sent back to you and payment may not be reimbursed.
Note that you should start the return or exchange process as soon as possible after receiving your goods (see below).

Note that you will be responsible if the items are lost or damaged in transit back to us, so we strongly encourage you to take out insurance.
exchanges
You may arrange to exchange any of our products for any reason within fourteen (14) days of receiving your purchase from us, with the exception of butt plugs and love eggs, which cannot generally be exchanged for reasons of hygiene.
You are responsible for paying the costs of returning the items to us, including any insurance. You are also responsible should the items you are returning be lost in transit back to Possess Me - as such, we encourage you to take out insurance on any items you return to us.
You may also be responsible for paying an additional amount of freight to have your exchanged items shipped to you. Please follow the procedures below to arrange your exchange and we will contact you with details of additional freight costs if applicable.

If applicable, we will organise a refund to your account for any price discrepancy after you have made an exchange once the returned items have been received by Possess Me and approved. We will contact you regarding any additional payment required from you if the discrepancy is in our favour.

delivery damage:
We pack our products to protect them from damage during transit, but of course accidents do - very occasionally - happen.
If the package is damaged it will be obvious when you receive it and you must flag this upon delivery with the person or organisation you receive the delivery from. This will make it much easier for to resolve such an issue as it will be clearer that any damage to the items did occur during delivery to you.
Delivery-related damage includes the following:
- > Significant scratches or dents which are apparent when the item is unpacked
- > Items which are clearly broken in some way
- > The package the items were packed in will show evidence of how the damage occurred
If you have encountered a problem with damage to products during delivery, please keep any packaging and a note of all relevant details so that we can investigate the problem. You must also flag the problem with the company delivering the goods to you as soon as you receive them.
time limit
Items returned after the initial seven day period from when you have received your order may be sent back to you and payment may not be reimbursed or the goods may not be exchanged.

organising a return or exchange of items damaged during delivery
If you believe a piece you have purchased was damaged during delivery, please contact us to discuss this.
Either a refund or exchange once the returned items have been received by us and approved for return or exchange.
In the case of a items damaged during delivery, we will refund the original amount you paid to have the items shipped to you, unless you are exchanging items rather than just returning them, in which case you will not be charged for the subsequent delivery of the exchanged items.
We will also arrange to reimburse you for delivery costs associated with returning the items to us once we have received the return and approved it. We will require a receipt and the amount of reimbursement we give you will be up to the same amount that you originally paid us to have your order delivered to you.
Note that you will be responsible if the items are lost or damaged in transit back to us, so we strongly encourage you to take out insurance.
manufacturing faults:
Our products are checked carefully and the condition is noted prior to them being packaged for delivery to you. It is therefore very unlikely that you will encounter any manufacturing faults.
However, in the unlikely event that any items we have sent you have a clear manufacturing fault, you have up to sixty (60) days from receipt of your order to return them to us, by which time any issues should be apparent.
Note that Possess Me products are handmade and finished by a jewelry artist. Part of the nature (and even beauty!) of this work is that it is likely to have minor flaws and there will be minor variations from one piece to another, as opposed to items which are mass-produced and are generally all identical. Such minor flaws and variations are not considered manufacturing faults or damage and should instead be enjoyed as evidence of the 'hand of the maker' in the pieces you have purchased.
Also note that most of our items are made in sterling silver with some in pure silver. Silver is a relatively soft metal and like any polished metal it will show signs of wear over time, including marks from cleaning, etc.. This is also not considered a manufacturing fault or damage. If the sixty day period has passed and you have encountered a genuine manufacturing fault with any of our pieces, please still contact us to discuss the issue.
organising a return or exchange of faulty items
If you believe a piece you have purchased does have a genuine manufacturing fault, please contact us.
We will arrange either a refund or an exchange once the returned items have been received by us and approved for return or exchange.
In the case of a genuine manufacturing fault, we will refund the original amount you paid to have the items shipped to you, unless you are exchanging items rather than just returning them, in which case you will not be charged for the subsequent delivery of the exchanged items.
We will also arrange to reimburse you for delivery costs associated with returning the items to us once we have received the return and approved it.
