Why does an Australian business incorrectly spell 'jewellery' on this website?
As the bulk of our customers come from outside of Australia, research indicates that 'jewelry' is a much more commonly used spelling of the word when people are using search engines.
We therefore made a decision to primarily use the American spelling of the word on our website to help make Possess Me easier for people to find online.
However, we try to slip in the 'correct' spelling where we can because we prefer it! We also generally to defer to the Australian/British spelling of other words.
