Where will my items ship from?
Possess Me is based in Sydney, Australia and this is where we send our orders from.
What does delivery cost?
There are various charges for delivery depending upon whether you are in Australia or elsewhere and the value of your order of Possess Me products.
Costs of international deliveries start from US$4.50 to New Zealand and US$5.00 to the rest of the world. Costs of deliveries within Australia start from US$3.50.
This will increase based on the value of your order and the shipping option you select.
The total cost of shipping your order will be calculated as part of the checkout process once you have entered your delivery address. Note that your order and payment will not be processed unless you agree to proceed with the total cost of the order.
How long will it take for my order to be despatched?
We make all of our items to order, so please allow time for your purchases to be completed. Generally we aim to make and despatch orders within 5 business days of receiving them.
If your order is urgent, please contact us asap to let us know and we'll do our very best to turn it around quickly.
You will be advised of any anticipated delays beyond this timeframe when your order is confirmed. We will also contact you immediately if any unexpected delays arise while we are making your order.
Also, as Possess Me is a very small business, from time to time we do close for breaks. We will make it clear as part of the shopping process if items will be delayed due to us being away. If we are away for an extended period, we will close orders and again this will be made clear.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Once despatched by us, orders should arrive within 3 to 10 business days internationally (generally 4 to 8 days to most locations) or 1 to 7 business days in Australia, depending on your location.

How will my order be delivered to me?
To keep costs low while also having access to a reliable and trustworthy service, Possess Me sends the majority of orders by way of Australia Post.
Deliveries in Australia are sent by parcel post, while deliveries outside of Australia are sent by airmail, unless you opt to use an express courier.
All orders up to a value of US$300 can optionally be insured. For orders over US$300 insurance is required.
Depending on your location, orders will generally take between 1 to 10 business days to arrive once we have made and despatched your items. You will be informed when we have despatched your order.
Will I be told when my order has been despatched?
Yes, you will receive email confirmation that we have despatched your order. Click here for information about the timing of deliveries.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be delivered in a plain box with no Possess Me marketing information on the outside of it. The sender's address details will only give the name of 'PM'.
The items you purchase will be packaged to prevent damage during delivery. However, if you do encounter any delivery damage, please read more about our returns policies in this instance.
How can I make sure I receive my order as quickly as possible?
Please contact us, preferably prior to when you place your order, to find out if we will be able to prioritise the processing and despatching of your order and we will do our best to help.
When you checkout, you can also opt to have items sent to you via either Fedex priority or economy for international orders, or using Express Post for orders within Australia.
What should I do if my order does not arrive?
Orders should arrive within 4 to 10 business days internationally (4 to 8 days to most locations) or 1 to 7 days in Australia, depending on your location. Very occasionally delays can be caused by customs, so please allow a couple of extra days for postal deliveries internationally.
If the relevant maximum time period has passed since you were informed of the despatch of your order and it has still not arrived you should follow this up.
If your order does not arrive, please contact us with the details. If your order was insured, we will start the claim process and will refund or replace your order immediately. If it wasn't insured, please contact us to resolve the issue.
